Seth joined NVC in 2025 as a Vice President with the firm’s Reno/Tahoe office. With 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, he is experienced in the appraisal of a wide range of income producing properties and vacant land across California and Nevada as well as nationally. Seth’s expertise spans numerous property types, from multifamily, industrial, retail, and office buildings to more specialized properties like mobile home and RV parks.
Prior to joining NVC, Seth worked as a Senior Appraiser with a commercial real estate appraisal and advisory firm. His background also includes work as a Realtor and an acquisitions specialist for a real estate investment firm.
