Greg joined NVC in 2007 and serves as a Senior Managing Director and co-leader of the firm’s national industrial practice. With a focus on Southern California markets early on in his appraisal career, Greg has played an instrumental role in establishing and growing NVC’s presence in the region, culminating in the successful launch of our Irvine office in early 2023 which he currently oversees.
Greg has extensive experience in the valuation of a diverse range of income-producing property types across the United States, with specialization in industrial assets. He serves as an account lead and trusted advisor to several of NVC’s largest institutional clients, overseeing consulting activities for multi-billion dollar funds and portfolios. His responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, generating new business leads and overseeing the bidding, scheduling and review of appraisal assignments.
