Larry Stark serves as CEO / Founding Principal of National Valuation Consultants, Inc. (NVC), a full-service real estate valuation and consulting firm providing services throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. NVC is the largest privately held commercial real estate appraisal company in the United States with a focus on quality of product and customer service, geared toward institutional real estate clients. Since founding NVC in 1991, the company has grown to include 15 locations, with an extensive team of consultants, appraisers and research staff. NVC operates multiple valuation divisions, including office, retail, multi-family, hospitality, land, condos, resorts and ranch properties, and health care to name a few. Additionally, Larry leads NVC’s Real Estate Advisory Services division, currently managing $80 billion in institutional real estate.
Prior to founding NVC, Larry was with a national real estate consulting firm based in Dallas for nine years. His duties included national marketing and a wide range of real estate counseling services.
Larry began his career in 1981 with a multinational oil and gas firm, where he acquired hard rock mineral properties and directed the site selection and acquisition of service stations.
