Larry Stark serves as CEO / Founding Principal of National Valuation Consultants, Inc. (NVC), a full-service real estate valuation and consulting firm providing services throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. NVC is the largest privately held commercial real estate appraisal company in the United States with a focus on quality of product and customer service; geared toward institutional real estate clients. Since founding NVC in 1991, the company has grown to include 16 locations, with an extensive team of consultants, appraisers and research staff. NVC operates multiple valuation divisions, including: office, retail, multi-family, hospitality, land, condos, resorts and ranch properties, and health care to name a few. Robin leads NVC’s Real Estate Advisory Services (REAS) division, overseeing appraisal management services for clients including national institutions and state pension funds. In this role, he serves as the primary liaison to clients’ real estate valuation directors, fund managers, and portfolio acquisition teams, while managing third-party valuation engagements, reviews, and statistical reporting.
