James joined NVC in 2018 and currently serves as a Vice President with the firm’s Southern California office in Irvine. He is experienced in the valuation of a wide range of income producing properties and vacant land across the United States, with specialization in the markets of Southern California. In addition, James lends his experience as a review appraiser on assignments completed by other members of NVC’s valuation group.
Prior to joining NVC, James worked as an intern with Colliers International, a global commercial real estate services organization.
