Richard, who joined NVC in 1999, is a Vice President with NVC’s South Florida office and the head of our Golf valuation group. He is responsible for all aspects of the group’s work, including consulting, feasibility analysis, and appraisal of various golf courses and resorts throughout the United States. In addition, Richard lends his expertise as a review appraiser, reviewing various assignments completed by other members of the Golf Group.
Prior to joining NVC, Richard was involved in the hospitality industry, specifically the acquisition and operations of various hotels throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. Prior to that, he was employed as a commercial real estate appraiser in both Atlanta, Georgia and Miami, Florida, where he was involved in preparing market studies and valuations for various properties, including office, retail, multifamily, industrial, hotels and vacant land.
