Alexander joined NVC in 2015 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President with NVC’s Dallas office. He brings extensive experience in valuing a diverse array of income-producing properties and vacant land throughout the United States, specializing in property tax appeals and litigation support. He has a particular expertise in Texas, focusing on Equal and Uniform appraisals.
Before joining NVC, Alexander worked as an appraiser at Crosson Dannis, Inc., where he valued a broad range of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, apartment complexes, single-family homes, hotels, land, and special use assets.
