Allison joined NVC in 2015, and currently serves as a Senior Vice President with NVC’s Dallas office. She is experienced in the valuation of a wide range of income producing properties across the United States, including specialized property types such as complex land developments, data centers and mixed-use developments. Allison is also well-versed in property tax appeals and litigation support including extensive experience in Texas with Equal and Uniform appraisals.
Prior to joining NVC, Allison was an appraiser with Crosson Dannis, Inc. where she performed valuations of all types of commercial properties.
