Dan has been a valued member of NVC since July 2012, currently serving as a Vice President within the firm’s Retail Group. With a decade of dedicated service, he brings extensive expertise in valuing diverse retail properties across the United States. His portfolio includes regional malls, lifestyle centers, community and neighborhood centers, and freestanding retail assets.
As a seasoned review appraiser, Dan also contributes his expertise to ensuring quality and consistency in assignments completed by NVC’s Retail Group along with third-party reviews for lenders and institutions. His collaborative approach and attention to detail enhance the team’s ability to deliver precise, reliable results to clients.
Prior to joining NVC, Dan worked as a research assistant for a land use consulting firm in Denver, where he gained valuable experience in urban development and planning. This foundation has informed his comprehensive understanding of the retail real estate market.
