Rob is a Senior Vice President with NVC’s Denver office, and serves as a co-leader of our industrial properties practice. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate valuation, Rob performs appraisals on a broad array of income-producing properties and vacant land with a focus primarily on local, regional, and national industrial properties. He is also involved in process improvement, appraiser training, internal reviews and bidding new assignments.
Prior to joining NVC in 2010, Rob was a commercial real estate appraiser in Anchorage, Alaska with experience analyzing a broad range of property types throughout the state.
