Loren joined NVC in 1995 and has significant experience across a broad range of complex and specialized assets. As the education facilities director she oversees valuation of both charter and private schools. She brings experience in valuing both purpose-built schools and those that incorporate a conversion of use from another asset type. In addition to schools, Loren specializes in airport facilities and museums.
Prior to joining NVC, Loren worked with a regional commercial appraisal firm, appraising various real estate properties throughout the western region of the United States. Loren also worked in the development field, where she was responsible for due diligence on multiple asset types as well as all aspects of development for market rate apartments and Section 42 projects. Her background includes due diligence and market analysis on new site acquisitions, planning, zoning and architectural design.
